Q: I entered your contest to win a Branson vacation, what happens next?

A:  After you enter our Branson Vacation Giveaway Contest, you can expect to receive an entry verification call from one of our super friendly representatives. We validate all entry information to ensure that entrants are real people. During the process, your representative may also inform you of one or more of our current money saving offers on Branson hotels, cabins, condos, shows and attractions such as Silver Dollar City and White Water.  After your information has been validated, you will be qualified to win in each of our monthly sweepstakes contests through the calendar year in which you registered.  You only need to enter once to be qualified to win any of those future contests.  Each monthly winner is selected through the services of Random.org and will be notified by email and/or telephone. First names of selected winners will also be posted on our facebook and website. Winners have 10 days to claim their prize or they must forfeit their winnings which may go to another entrant. No purchase is required to enter or win, however we think you will be excited about the savings we can provide you on your next trip to Branson. Q: How do I book my travel dates?

A:  You can select your preferred travel dates at the time of purchase by entering the arrival and departure dates of your choice when prompted. You may also call our toll-free reservations line at 855-587-6749 M-F 8am to 5pm. 

Q: What if I have to reschedule my travel dates?

A:  We offer one complimentary re-schedule when you notify us at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date.  Any additional re-schedules would be charged a fee of $19.

Q: Where will I be staying during my Branson vacation? 

A:  We will make arrangements for you to stay at one of our partner hotels, which has been selected for high standards of quality and amenities.   

Q: Are pets allowed?

A:  We do have pet friendly hotels available that we partner with.  Any pet fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please let us know you have pets when you make your reservation.  Cabins and condo packages do not allow pets. 

Q: How many people may I bring?

A:  Our typical vacation package accommodates up to a family of 5 per room with two queen sized beds.  However, some packages have specific capacity requirements, so please check with your representative for any questions. If your family requires extra accommodations, upgrades are available at our corporate rates.

Q: How do I use my Entertainment Credit?

A: Your Entertainment Credit may be used towards any of our partner shows, attractions, and activities. 

Q: How do I use my Dining Voucher?

A: Your Dining Voucher may be redeemed towards your meal at any of our partner restaurants.

Q: How long do I have to use this vacation?

A:  Most of our travel packages allow up to 12 months to complete your trip.  We also offer Holiday promotional packages that have limited travel periods.  Please contact your Vacation Specialist for any specific scheduling needs.

Q: Do these Branson Vacation Packages require me to tour a resort property? 

A:  No, the regular vacation packages sold on TakeMe2Branson.com do not require any tours or presentations.

However, if you would be interested in scheduling a fun and relaxing tour of one of our partner resort properties, we can reduce the cost of your vacation package by approximatley 50-60%, potentially saving you hundreds of dollars. Call one of our Vacation Specialists at 855-423-4320 for details on how to schedule your personal, no-obligation tour and enjoy huge savings on your entire vacation. We refer tours to multiple resorts, but Trophy Run is our primary tour location. Tour locations vary and are based on availability, qualification, and other factors.  When you check in at the Trophy Run Welcome Center, you will be advised of your determined tour location, date and time.

Q: If I would like to participate in a tour, when would it take place?

A:  Generally, your tour will be scheduled for the day after you arrive. You will be notified of your exact date and time when you check-in. Please let your Vacation Specialist know if you have any specific needs.

Q: Can we stay on property at Trophy Run Resort? 

A:  Sorry, Trophy Run maintains a very exclusive and solid occupancy rate, and is usually not available to discounted vacation package holders. We will reserve your rooms at one of our preferred lodging partner properties.  Your Vacation Specialist can help you select which location is preferable to you.  

Q: Do I have to purchase anything?

A:  There is absolutely no requirement to purchase or join anything. 

Q: Can I attend the tour presentation by myself?

A:  If you are a single female, you can attend the presentation on your own.  However, if you are married or cohabitating, both partners must attend the presentation together. 

Q: What happens if I am a "no-show" for my presentation?

A:  Our company provides below cost vacation packages in exchange for an agreement to attend presentations for various travel products and incentives.

These packages typically contain lodging and entertainment options, so in that sense, we also provide the same concierge arrangements as a full service travel agency, with its associated personnel costs. Once your travel dates are confirmed, an appointment is made with with our partner resort to reserve a private presentation time slot for you at the exclusion of others.

If a package purchaser fails to appear or contact us in advance to reschedule their presentation, we are penalized by our partner companies for "no shows" as they had reserved limited presentation time slots and personnel for your visit. Therefore, a $195 “breach fee” will be charged to the "no show" customer in addition to the the advertised retail price of their package, less what they paid for the package.

Q: Would I tour another resort instead of Trophy Run?

A: Tour locations vary and are based on availability, qualification, and other factors.  When you check in at the Trophy Run Welcome Center, you will be advised of your determined tour location, date and time.

Q: When will I receive the gifting that is included with my package?

A:  When you check in with us at the Trophy Run Welcome Center, we will supply you with the gifting offered in your travel package. 

Q: My friend also purchased a discounted tour package. May we travel together?

A:  If you each purchased a discounted package that includes a tour of Trophy Run, we cannot schedule both parties during the same travel dates.  We do have other discounted travel options available for them if you want to travel together.  Just let your Vacation Specialist know that you have additional people who wish to join you.
